Our Mission
At Telecom+UC Training our mission is: to provide programs that help network professionals expand their expertise and advance their careers with a business-focused understanding of network technology.
- Far too much of the training budget has gone to certification classes that assume the important decisions have already been made, and all that remains is the job of configuring equipment to implement the solution.
- While there is certainly a need for that type of implementation training, our programs teach networking from the ground up.
- We provide courseware that is vendor independent and prepares people to develop into management level roles.

Our curriculum runs the gamut from introductory level to advanced business and technology planning. Some courses are lecture-driven while others are hands-on, but all look to engage the participants in the learning process and anchor the lesson with exercises that relate to the real-world challenges they will face.
